Terms and Conditions of Entry

Vehicle Parking
Guests park their vehicles at Ashlyns Wildlife Park at their own risk. The park is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles, their contents, or any personal injury.

Passholder Admission 
A valid Wildlife Park Pass is mandatory for entry for passholders.

Child Supervision
All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult throughout their visit to the park.

Carer and Assistant Conduct
Professional carers and personal assistants are expected to adhere to their professional standards and be responsible for their conduct while supervising their charges.

Age Verification
The park may ask for proof of age to ensure appropriate ticketing.

Safety Compliance
Visitors must follow all safety protocols during their visit.

Prohibited Items
Items like bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, or roller skates are not allowed in the park. Trikes are permitted under certain conditions but are the full responsibility of the visitor.

Restrictions on Ball Games
Playing with balls or engaging in ball games is not allowed inside the park.

Dog Policy
Dogs, except for guide and assistance dogs, are not permitted anywhere in the park, including the parking area. Leaving dogs in vehicles is strictly forbidden and will result in entry denial.

Photography Rules
Commercial photography requires prior permission from the park authorities.

Security Procedures 
Visitors agree to undergo security checks if asked and understand that management may confiscate items deemed unsafe or inappropriate for the park environment.

Behaviour Standards
Threatening behaviour towards staff or other visitors is not tolerated. Offenders will be removed immediately without a refund.

Smoking Policy
The park is a smoke-free zone. Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated areas outside the main entrance.

Safe Environment Commitment

Compliance with Park Rules
Non-compliance with these terms will result in expulsion from the park without a refund.

Disability Access
Guests with disabilities are entitled to have one assistant accompany them free of charge, upon providing disability verification.

Refund Policy
All tickets to Ashlyns Wildlife Park are non-refundable.
