Absolutely! Our soft play includes a special toddler zone designed for the safety and enjoyment of our youngest visitors. This area is suitable for toddlers up to 3 years old and is equipped with age-appropriate play equipment

For safety, children should wear comfortable clothing without strings or loose parts. Socks are required for all children in the play area.

Each play session lasts for 2 hours. Please arrive on time to maximise your playtime.

You can cancel your booking for a full refund if you do so at least 7 days before your scheduled session. For cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice, we are happy to reschedule your booking to a more convenient time.

Yes, we have a café onsite offering a range of snacks, meals, and beverages suitable for both children and adults. There are also vegetarian and gluten-free options available.

Our wildlife park is open from 9 AM to 5 PM, seven days a week. Hours may vary on holidays.
